Data
Service Department goal is to keep all data on our "PACS" system
updated with the latest information, be it owner, address, values, exemptions
and/or value issues for any of the five years on our files. This data
entry in turn allows us to produce reports and export data for the use
of the office, the taxpayer, the taxing units and the governmental entities.
All properties in one aspect or another are always being updated.
Since the Appraisal District runs on a calender of events, which we are mandated by state law to comply, the upkeep of the most current data is the most crucial part of a property.
